Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.95 or Free on orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $12.95.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by US trade regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Bexeen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bexeen.com within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
