All Bexeen products are covered by a 7-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your product develops a manufacturing defect or a functional issue during this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge — no need to return the item.
Simply write to us and describe the issue — our support team will help you right away.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
